St Wilfrid’s Hospice provides free, specialist palliative and end-of-life care for people with life-limiting illnesses, helping them to live well for as long as possible. Care is offered at the hospice in Bosham, in patients’ own homes, and across the local community. Alongside expert symptom management, the hospice supports families and carers with emotional, spiritual, and practical guidance, including bereavement services.
